1. Services​

TheLoadingMedia provides professional photography, videography, drone footage, and media editing for real estate, restaurants, gyms, film academies, and other industries. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Real estate listing photos and videos

• Drone photography & videography

• Promotional and branding videos

• Virtual tours and walkthroughs

• Event and commercial shoots

2. Booking & Payment​

• All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or our website.

• A deposit (if applicable) may be required to secure your booking.

• Payments are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept [credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].

3. Cancellation Policy​

We understand that schedules may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance – No cancellation fee will be applied.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment – A $200 cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

• TheLoadingMedia retains the copyright to all media content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients receive a license to use the content for personal or commercial use within the agreed scope.

• Redistribution, resale, or modification of our media without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• TheLoadingMedia is not responsible for delays due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or client-related issues (e.g., unprepared properties).

• While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee specific results due to variables such as lighting, location, and client preferences.

• The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits or approvals for drone photography or videography.

6. Revisions & Edits

• Standard editing and basic retouching are included in our services.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is safe with us. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. However, we may use project samples for marketing and portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise.
